Civic Ceremonies
Britain has the most diverse and intricate ceremonial traditions in the world, and nobody can put out pageantry quite like the British!
I am a member of the Guild of Mace bearers and proud to officiate for the Rt. Worshipful the Mayor of Worcester at many events.
If you are organising a civic event of any kind, you need the services of someone who knows the civic traditions inside and out. These can take many forms and normally they are very public and open to scrutiny. Therefore it is imperative that they go to plan. Engaging my services ensures that this will happen.
Such events could be:
- Mayoral dinners
- Civic parades
- Royal visits
- Grand openings
- Memorial events
- Major public festivals
- Charity events
Once again, I am fully trained in all the correct titles and forms of address, as well as being highly experienced in Civic functions of all kinds. You want to be free of the stress of trying to run the day, so I will take that stress away from you, leaving you free to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Testimonials
“Dear Alan, Thank you very much for the support you gave me at the charity dinner last week. As always, the presence of you and our ceremonial officers in your uniforms made the occasion very special.”
The Rt. Worshipful the Mayor of Worcester, Cllr Mike Layland (2010/11)
“Thank you for escorting Jane and me to the Civic Service on Sunday. It was a splendid day and, as always, the procession was magnificent with you and the other Ceremonial Officers in full uniform. Mayor’s Sunday is an important date in the City’s calendar and your contribution to the success of the day is greatly appreciated.”
The Rt. Worshipful the Mayor of Worcester, Cllr Dr. David Tibbutt (2011/12)
