Town Crier
A Traditional Town Crier is someone that would proclaim local news in days when many people were illiterate or had no access to the news of the day. They were a valued public service that actually enjoyed royal protection, hence the expression “Don’t shoot the messenger!”
In modern times, a Town Crier is still a highly respected public figure. They are invaluable in many ceremonial functions, undertaking any event that required the public to be very aware of proceedings.
I am fully versed in any area that the modern Town Crier is required. Whether you want to publicise your new business, herald your marriage, have someone to lead a civic parade in style, or perhaps proclaim any local event, then I can ensure that your event will not go unnoticed!
