Baby Namings
In this day and age, many people who have been Christened or Baptised have never been inside a Church again. Many parents now want their children to have more choice in life and make their own decisions about how they want to live their life as they grow up.
Something that stays constant however, is a parent’s unconditional love and desire to protect their child, and many parents want to make that outward gesture of care for the world to see.
They also want the world to see their beautiful baby!
A Baby Naming Ceremony is a touching, individual way of announcing the arrival of your baby to the world, letting them know exactly what name that baby will have for the rest of it’s life and to let your family and friends know just how committed you are to giving your child the best possible start he/she can have.
The creation of a new life is one of the most amazing things that we as humans can do. As such, when that miracle happens to us, we want to share it with everyone. I can help you create exactly that outward gesture with my ceremony. It will be totally personal to you and the aspirations you have for your child. It will officially welcome them into the family unit, and proclaim their chosen names to the world (and perhaps the reasons behind these)
We will work together to get exactly the type of ceremony you want to have, based on your personalities as parent, or if you are a lone parent, the dreams you have for your child as you raise them and develop them into adults.
You can choose any poems or readings you wish, you may want to have some particular musical pieces and most importantly, you can hold this ceremony anywhere you like. If you want to have it in your back garden, at a favourite family spot or even in the High Street for the world to see and share, we can arrange anything you want!

"Hi Alan, thanks again for conducting Anna's naming ceremony on Saturday. We were really pleased with how it went and all our friends and family commented on how fab you were. I will e-mail you some pictures of the ceremony for your records. Good luck for the future, Jilly"
